The Helpdesk is situated at the entrance to the College. It is the College reception and the hub for sending and receiving post and parcels for students. Helpdesk staff answer all inbound phone enquiries and will take and pass on messages for staff and students. It is the location for retrieving and handing in lost property and the staff deal with the activation and repair of the College ID/cash cards.
