As a result of various aspects of non-management many contact details have either been lost or are out of date.

We are committed to updating our records and keeping these up to date in the future. To help us facilitate the update we have currently recruited a new Membership Secretary and are now creating a brand new Membership database. In order to help us re-create our membership details could you please fill in the details below if you are an Old Welbexian. These details will enable the Old Welbexian Association to contact you in the future. Please be assured that your details will not be used for purposes outside of the Old Welbexian Association.

Renewal of Direct Debit

We need your help - many of you will beware that your Direct Debit to the OWA Fund has ceased. Check your Jan bank statements – like me, your DD has almost certainly disappeared. This is our fault at the OWA – I apologise for this mismanagement. However, we do need everyone who is re-registering to re-complete the Direct Debit. It is only £10 per annum and the vast majority of the money supports College activities. Those 'life' memberships will be honoured, however can I please twist your arm to re-sign? In the last 5 years we have bought rowing boats, gym equipment and part-sponsored overseas expeditions.

Please download this form, Direct Debit, and post it back to the Treasurer (NOT your bank). The Ref number on the form is simply the first 5 letters of your surname (plus initials if less than 5 letters) and any 3 numbers.
