Farewell From the Chairman

As I bid the Old Welbexian Association a fond farewell, I am genuinely delighted by the resurgence of the Association. The highlight remains the annual President's Dinner, but the London Reunion and the ever-informative newsletter remain firm favourites! The whole committee deserve a pat on back for their extraordinary hard work. I have also greatly valued the advice from the Principal and the wisdom of our President, Ty Urch and former President, David Hudson. But I must single out 3 other members of the Committee for their outstanding contributions. To Reg White, my RAO at Brawdy who has completely overhauled the finances; to Richard Gibb who has been with me as PR member since the start and in particular to Keith White, who has been a tower of strength. The OWA continues in good hands as Sean Lang takes up the reins.
It has been a pleasure to serve as the Chairman. Long may the OWA prosper!
