Squash - 2009/10 Season Review
58 students have participated in squash this season (Sept 09 – Mar 10) of which 30 have represented the College. Although slightly weaker than last year we have enjoyed another successful season and there have been some very good performances. In particular some of the 'novice' players have acquitted themselves very well. We have played a total of 16 Matches (8 x 1st V, 6 x 2nd V and 2 x 3rd V), winning 11, drawing 1 and losing 4 – well done to all. The College Championship was held in Autumn 09 and a Handicap KO Competition in Spring 10, both of which were well supported by a total of 57 players. Again, I have been very pleased with the level of commitment shown by all participants. Finally, I would like to record my thanks to Mark Rodgers for all his help and support throughout the season and pass on my best wishes as he takes over as Coach.
