Scuba-Diving, Egypt (February 2010)

On 15th February 2010 46 Welbeck students and 3 staff members woke very early to catch a flight from London Gatwick to Taba Heights in Egypt. We arrived late that evening and were quickly transported to our 5 star hotel!
The next morning everyone started their dive courses. The instructors at the Waterworld Centre were all brilliant and had some great stories to tell from their travels around the world! In the evenings students enjoyed the fantastic buffets and the local night life.
Everyone participated in their respective dive course and earned their certification (eventually!). Welbeck gained 36 Open Water Divers, 7 Advanced Divers and 3 Divemaster students.
Overall it was a fantastic trip and the students would like to thank Mr Carmichael, Mr Sandford and Mr Whitely for taking us to Egypt.
