Facilities Supervisor

Hours: Part time - 15-18.75 hours per week (52 weeks per year), 4-5 evenings per week.

Reporting to: College Support Manager and then the Director of Operations

Start Date: As soon as possible

Package: £10 per hour. 25 days holiday per year pro rate plus Statutory Holidays.  Contributory pension scheme and life assurance. Non residential.

Outline Job Description:  The Facilities Supervisor will provide on site supervision of facilities at Welbeck Defence Sixth Form College out of normal working hours in order to oversee third party and student usage.  This is a permanent part-time role including when the College is on recess.  The post holder will act as the initial point of contact while on site for third party matters.   A detailed Job Specification is attached.

Multiskilled Maintenance Operative

Position Overview

The Multiskilled Maintenance Operative will Report to the Maintenance Manager, and Maintenance Supervisor.  The Multiskilled Maintenance Opereative will carry out routine planned maintenance and reactive maintenance on building fabric and services across a range of disciplines. As a Multiskilled Maintenance Operative, your duties will include servicing, trouble-shooting, repair work and minor new works on a wide range of areas to commercial and domestic premises within the establishment.
